1. Introduction

Welcome to Fraymo Technologies ("we," "our," "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern the use of all our software and IT services. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

We offer a wide range of technology and development services, including but not limited to:

Specific details, timelines, and deliverables for each service will be outlined in a project proposal or agreement prior to project commencement.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for the completion of the project.
• Supply all required content, such as text, images, and videos, in a timely manner.
• Approve designs and deliverables promptly to avoid project delays.
• Adhere to agreed timelines for feedback, payment, and resource delivery.
• Review and approve designs, milestones, and deliverables promptly.
• Meet the agreed feedback, communication, and payment timelines.

4. Payment Terms

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to initiate the project.

Payment schedules will be outlined in the proposal. Commonly:

• 50% upon project initiation.
• 30% upon completion of key milestones.
• Final 20% upon project delivery or launch.

Payments must be made within 7 days of receiving the invoice.

Late payments may lead to suspension of our services.

5. Revisions and Changes

Revisions beyond the initially agreed scope may incur additional charges. Any requested changes will be assessed and quoted separately before implementation.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client data and project information as confidential. We will not disclose or share your information with third parties without your explicit consent, unless required by law.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party materially breaches the terms and fails to correct the breach within 14 days of notice.

8. Liability Limitation

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
